Many of the people I work with are navigating the effects of narcissistic abuse or living with traits of borderline personality. They often feel “too much,” or not enough, and are tired of the emotional rollercoaster.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about helping you feel more in control, more understood, and more connected to who you are.
Together, we will make sense of your emotions, break painful patterns in relationship, rebuild your confidence and boundaries, and work towards more calm, clarity, and self-trust.

About Me.
I am Brigitta Rab, a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist offering open-ended online therapy sessions for individuals via Zoom.
I was born in Hungary, and have lived in the UK for over a decade, I am happy to hold therapy sessions both in English and Hungarian.
I welcome whatever you bring to our sessions. My experience includes working with Anxiety, Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Domestic Violence and Narcissistic Abuse.
I was trained in an Integrative therapy approach, which allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Existential therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Fee:
Regular Therapy Session: £75
I have few select session slots available at a lower fee, depending on your circumstances. This is something we can explore together during the initial consultation.
